Registration fees for travel companies/destinations
Delegate price (available until 1 January 2025)
£999 (+VAT) for one delegate representing one brand*
£599 (+VAT) for second delegate representing the same brand*
Your Registration Fee includes:
- Participation at all parts of the event
- A branded table in the CONNECTION ZONE where you could organise up to 17 appointments with attending media, per delegate.
- Detailed profile on the event website with information about the company you are representing, plus a meetings scheduler and resources for media to download
- The fee also covers the costs of accommodation for attending media, ensuring more journalists will be able to attend

To secure the discount, you must be a TPRA Member from the time of booking, until and including the date of Media Getaway 2025. Media Getaway is a 2 day event with networking opportunities. We will only allow one brand per table in the CONNECTION ZONE, unless there is a legitimate reason for companies to share the space. PR companies can only purchase a table for their clients, and cannot represent all of their clients as one delegate.
Registration for media
Journalists are invited to register interest in attending through the link below.
We will confirm your place at the event once the host city approves your registration, so please give as much information about your work as possible.
At previous events, a few journalists dropped out at the last minute, leaving us with hotel rooms that were paid for, but not used, so we introduced a deposit for our event in Glasgow, which all media attendees were happy to pay.
We are therefore asking for all media to pay a booking fee of £70 (+VAT) to secure their place at Media Getaway 2025, once approved by our hosts. This fee helps us to ensure that delegates are committed to attending the event and helps in a very small way to subsidise the high costs of running the event.
Apart from this fee, there will be nothing more to pay at the event. Your accommodation and all food/drinks will be covered, but not transport to Bradford (although we are working on that!)
Registration for the event must be completed by 1 April 2025, to facilitate the setting up of meetings at the CONNECTION ZONE
Registration will not be accepted after the closing date. All applicants will go through an approval process.
Hotel accommodation
Media will be allocated a room at one of the partner hotels for the event, and will be informed closer to the event where they will be staying.
Exhibitors will be informed of the rates we have secured at the partner hotels, with a link to book at that hotel. That information will be sent out in early 2025.
Travel to Bradford
The event has been designed so that all venues are close to Bradford Interchange.
There are good transport links from the airport to the city centre, and plenty of taxis available, should you need to choose that mode of transport.
